Mocha Mudslide
This is one thick, rich, and boozy dessert cocktail. Perfectly balanced with sweetness, creaminess, and STRONG coffee.
Ingredients
2 BIG scoops of your favourite chocolate ice cream
30ml Baileys
30ml Coffee Liqueur - Wolf Lane used here
30ml Fresh Espresso
Splash of milk of choice
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and BLEND! Slowly add milk bit by bit blending between until desired consistency is achieved.
Personally I don't think this bad boy needs any garnish, its decadent enough. However if you're feeling it, the perfect garnish would be a swirl of whipped cream, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
